Design is the heart of John-Richard. Our team of designers is the creative, driving force behind our wonderful collections. Elegant designs and an eye for future trends in luxury home furnishings are what set John-Richard apart. John-Richard’s design staff is lead by industry trend leader, Lyn McNeil, who serves as Vice President of design. McNeil joined the company in October 2005 after serving as senior trend director for Marshall Field’s and previously held a similar position with Target (when Marshall Field’s was part of that organization). McNeil is responsible for development and execution of a product plan to ensure design quality, look and image across all company product lines. In this section of our Web site, you’ll find a section on design trends for upcoming markets, features on guest designers, a preview of introductions for the next High Point Market.  We’ve also included a section of John-Richard “Room Scenes” that gives interior designers, retailers and consumers the opportunity to see how John-Richard’s array of products work together to create a beautiful home. The design section also includes a “Behind the Scenes” section that will include photos of our artisans creating products from our collections including furniture, lighting, wall art, mirrors, botanicals and accessories.
